John Murphy, Chairman & CEO – Mr. Murphy is a past international board member of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and provides the overall vision and leadership for the 20|20 Group. He has an exemplary track record of success in both entrepreneurial ventures and real estate investments. His passion for developing real estate programs and strategies has helped investor clients purchase almost a billion dollars in well selected investment real estate, locally and internationally. |

Lorne Borgal, President & COO – Mr. Borgal leads the operations of the Group and is a member of the Board with input and guidance on all aspects of the business. He has extensive experience in both resort development and in the software industry having resided in Canada, the USA and the United Kingdom. Having held the responsibilities of Chairman, President and CEO in both sectors over 20 years, with experience working in companies from start-ups to Microsoft, he brings an unique combination of skills to 20|20 that are critical to managing the diverse interests of the Group. Mr. Borgal holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is a past member of Young Presidents Organization and current member of World Presidents Organization. |

Marty McConnell, Chief Financial Officer – Mr. McConnell's hallmark has been in the development and growth of emerging companies. He joined the 20|20 Group in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. He earned a Commerce degree from the University of British
Columbia and became a chartered accountant in BC. Marty's hallmark has been in

James Schindel, V.P. Sales and Marketing –
Mr. Schindel has been involved in the sale of over 10,000 residential homes throughout North America, including the development of strategic marketing plans for these projects. He earned a diploma in Business Administration through the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia. As V.P. of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Schindel is responsible for all corporate and property marketing activities and oversees the sales teams designated to each of the properties within the 20|20 portfolio. |

Darryl Inglis, Director of Development – Mr. Inglis brings to the 20|20 Group the experience of over 20 years of diverse activities in design, construction and all aspects of real estate development, including analysis, negotiations and complete project administration. After several years as an independent development consultant, Mr. Inglis is anchoring the 20|20 Resorts development team, providing the vision, strategy and leadership. |

Peter Schulhof, Vice President of Corporate Accounts – Mr. Schulhof brings over 15 years of investment real estate sales and development
experience to the senior management team of 20|20. Prior to joining the company upon its formation, he was personally responsible for the promotion and sale of over $56,000,000 in real estate to his network of clientele. Mr. Schulhof is responsible
for the expansion of the 20|20 distribution network, for 20|20 Properties sales and is a
member of the 20|20 Board. |

Valerie Henderson, Director Human Resources
– Ms. Henderson is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner. She is well known in Vancouver for a successful consulting practice established in 1994 to provide senior HR services to growing companies. She has worked with dozens of organizations in a variety of industries to establish best Human Resources practices, manage organizational change and instill corporate values within the team. Ms. Henderson is responsible for all human resources functions of the 20|20 Group.

Cynthia Aasen, Vice President & General Manager –
Ms. Aasen has enjoyed a successful finance and real estate sales career as a licensed securities broker with major Canadian national firm and real estate salesperson acting for investors and residential clients. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Calgary. As well, Cynthia has extensive experience in real estate syndication and development. As GM of 20|20 Canadian Properties, Ms. Aasen is responsible for acquisitions, project management, sales & marketing and asset management, along with responsibility for the business units that flow from these. |

Mr. Yang has an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate, including 15 years of experience in acquisitions, due diligence, developments, asset management, appraisals, marketing, sales and leasing. As the V.P. and General Manager of 20|20 Real Estate Partners, Mr. Gunderson will apply his innovative business sense and high level management skills to 20|20’s Arizona projects. |

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and a Licentiate in accounting from the University of British Columbia; as well, Mr. Wills is a Certified Management Consultant. As the manager of the B.C. Interior Region for 20|20 Group, he oversees the LakeStone and LaCasa Lakeside Cottage Resort projects. |

Ester Harvey , Controller – Ms. Harvey is a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and graduated with an MBA in 2000. As part of senior management teams in the private health care delivery industry in the UK, she managed processes to improve service content and delivery efficiency by establishing partnerships with major National Health facilities, resulting in the largest private hospital service in the south of England. Previous experience as a management accountant and finance director provides additional background for her role as the accountant for 20|20’s LakeStone project. |

Alcides Díaz Santos, General Manager – Mr. Díaz earned an MBA in the tourism business from the Havana School of Hotel Industry, as well as an engineering degree in automated systems with a focus on business administration from the Polytechnic Superior Institute in Cuba. Since 1996, he has been very successful in the role of General Manager for the Sotavento Beach Resort, while simultaneously acting as General Manager for a sister resort until 2001. Mr. Díaz specializes in 5-star and special category hotels and has the polish of a highly experienced hospitality professional. He takes great pride in ensuring that the expectations of each guest to the Sotavento Beach Resort are always met, if not exceeded.
